"Advances in Research on the Flora and Vegetation of the Carpato-Pannonian Region" is a recurring international scientific conference focused on flora and vegetation research in the Carpathian Basin, covering topics such as floristics, taxonomy, plant ecology, vegetation science, community ecology, conservation, landscape ecology, traditional ecological knowledge, and related fields.

The conference series has been held 15 editions  since 1997, showing that it is a well-established and sustained scientific event in the region.
